| LATE MODELS RETURN TO CCMP FOR 100 LAPS | CCMP Media
The late models are always the big race of the evening with 21 cars taking the green last time out on March 29th. Fast qualifier Wayne Morris in the # 56 started 10th due to pulling the #10 pill.
Morris obviously had the fastest car of the night. Randy Fox in the #4 got into a mess early and therefore was not able to continue his battle with Morris from the previous race.
Morris went on to win the race with the battle for positions going on behind him which ended up with the 34 of Blake Koch 2nd and young Ross Chastain who fought off the hot shoe Kevin Macy for third. All these drivers and many more have already reserved there spot for this weeks race along with Joe Winchell and Mike Hovis, and it is turning out to be a race of champions that you do not want to miss.
Also the sportsman are back to run 35 laps, who can beat the 86 of Bill Vandevender, a few new drivers are added to the list to give it a try or will Wayne Morris bring his sportsman back to win double features again.
Finishing up the night will be the Fastruck pro and Fastkids which owner Bobby Diehl is trying to bring some excitment back into his truck series that will have all the drivers not wanting to be left out of this. If that was not enough the Road Warriors are running along with the Legends and T. Q. Midgets.
