Thursday - January 24th
9:00 AM Officials Meeting - Registration - Pit Sign-in
10:00 AM Pit Gate Opens (no haulers unloaded until instructed)
11:00 AM Mandatory Tech Inspection Begins for Super late Models
2:30 PM Safety Meeting
3:00 PM Drivers Meeting
3:30 PM Front Gate Opens (1/2 hour rotation beginning wit SLM)
Practice Begins

8:00 PM Practice Ends

Friday - January 25th
9:00 AM Registration and Pit Sign-In
9:30 AM Pit Gate Opens – Hauler Parking – Mandatory Tech Inspection for Crate Late Models
12:00 Noon Drivers Meeting
1:00 PM Grandstands Open
Practice by Divisions (Rotation 35 min. SLM / 25 min. LM)

4:00 PM Practice Ends
5:00 PM Qualify Super Late Models - (South then North - all cars held in impound)
6:15 PM Qualify Crate Late Models – (South then North - all cars held in impound)
6:15 PM On-Track Autograph Session (cars released to crews afterwards)
7:30 PM Pre-Race Ceremonies
8:00 PM South ASA Crate Late Model 25
North ASA Crate Late Model 25
South Super Late Model 100
North Super Late Model 100

Saturday - January 26th
11:00 AM Registration and Pit Sign-In
11:30 AM Pit Gate Opens – Hauler Parking – Tech Inspection Begins
12:30 PM Officials Meeting
1:00 PM Drivers Meeting
1:30 PM Safety Meeting
2:00 PM Grandstands Open
Practice by Divisions - (ASA 40 min. / SLM 50 min.)

3:30 PM Practice Ends
4:00 PM Qualify Crate Late Models Not Locked In (all cars together)
All cars held in impound for autograph session

5:00 PM Qualify Super Late Models Not Locked In (all cars together)
All cars held in impound for autograph session

6:15 PM On-Track Autograph Session (feature cars to remain impounded)
7:00 PM Last Chance Races as needed
7:30 PM Pre-race Ceremonies
8:00 PM Crate Late Model Challenge 100
