With close to 100 cars in the pits, and the clouds hanging overhead the races got under way. WPCV 97 Country was on hand for the special $970 program give-a-way. the lucky winner of the $970 was Doug Cleckner from St. Petersburg. The Open Wheel Modified race got started right after intermission, but had to be postponed until 2 PM Sunday. Winners will be posted after the race is finished.
