Kruse Doubles: Statton Break Manucy Stranglehold

Troy Kruse scored a double win Saturday at St. AugustineSpeedway. First in the Thunder Trucksfeature for his first win in that division. Following Kruse in Trucks was Robert Gorman, Terry Wright, MitchDoughtery, and Jared Cooper.

Kruse then took the Mini Stocks feature with Jake Hartlysecond followed by John Hopke, Vern Rozier, and Mike Stover, Jr.

Jody Stratton scored his first points win of the 2001 seasonbeating Chris Manucy to the finish line. Chasing Stratton and Manucy was Shea Clay, Jeremy Cline, and Bucky York.

Open Wheel Modifeds had Russ Miscally in Victory Lane forthe second time this season. Following Miscally was Derek Crawford, JohnGalbraith, new comer Max Mock, and Jody Miller.

Jay Middleton got his second win of the season in LateModels. Chasing Middleton was JaredAllison, Josh Byrd, Scott Lagasse, Jr. and Richard Ferry.

Also racing Saturday were the Dwarf Cars. Top five were #74, #44, #06, #12, #14.
