It's time to race!

SPORT ALLEN TOPS SPRINT FIELD @ EASTBAY

Darrin Miller led the 26 car starting field to Kenny Marshall's green flag, Saturday night in the 25 Lap Alliance Elevator and Lift Sprint Car Main. Miller held the lead for only 1 lap when Sport Allen who started 4th took his Dayton Andrews Dodge #88 to the top spot. The race was slowed for a caution on lap 7 for an incident involving Kenny Adams, Gene Lasker, Taylor Andrews and Paulie Milum. Milum was the only one able to continue. When the racing resumed it was all Sport Allen as he was challenged only once by Robbie Smith in lapped traffic, Allen manueuvered through lapped traffic flawlessy though and went on for his second win in a row. Robbie Smith held on for second over point leader Greg Leonard, young Danny Martin Jr. and Johnny Gilbertson.

In Late Model action it was Phillip Cobb taking the win in the Alliance Elevator and Lift Main over Bobby Alexander Jr., Donnie Tanner, Keith Nosbisch and Bill Howard.

The Limited Late Model Alliance Elevator and Lift Main went to Jerry Rogers over Jamie Burrows, David Simpson, Forrest Gough and Terry Gay.

Devin Dixon found his way back to victory lane in the Alliance Elevator and Lift Mini Stock Main. William Hampton, Scott Howard, Robert Douglas and Ken Rutledge rounded out the top 5.

The Alliance Elevator and Lift Street Stock A Main went to Steve Johnson over Danny Paris, Bryson Ryker, Terry Bronson and Wayne Hays. Jason Bronson took the Alliance Elevator and Lift B Main over Bruce Ponti and Jim Greenwood. Tony Traina took the exciting Fan Participation Race.
