David Browning In JAX Raceways Winner's Circle

After four attempts to get the 50-lap Sportsman headliner in the record book. Jax Raceways was able to complete the event in its entirety. Chad Grogan set fast time in qualifying action of the 21 cars that were on hand for the special event. Grogan turned the half mile NASCAR sanctioned dirt track in 21.036 seconds to sit on the pole, and led until lap 23, when Bobby Padgett took the lead after Grogan spun while leading.

Padgett lead the remaining laps for the win over defending points champion Bubba Clark and Priscilla Yergy.
Scott Nolan took the lead away from Brian Smith on lap thirteen to lead the last two laps of the Pure Stock feature event to visit victory lane for the second time this season. Smith settled for second with Wade Shrowder in third.

It looked as if Buster Delay was on his way to his first career Late Model feature win in the 30-lap event. Delay led the first 23 laps, but a caution put David Browning on his back bumper for the restart of lap 24, and Browning made the pass on Delay and held on for the win. Delay would finish second with Steve Whitener in third.

The Winged Sprint cars were back at the fast half mile oval once again, and it was Lee Scrape lapping the field to claim the win. Scrape took the lead on lap four from Scott Boyles and went on for the win, with Boyles in second and 14 year old Tighe Schloss in third.

A pair of Powder Puff events saw Robin Clark and Belinda Horton taking top honors in the 10 lap events.
