Sean Bulaskas Wins Street Stock Feature at Hialeah Speedway
by Marty Little

HIALEAH, Fla. - Street stock points leader Sean Bulaskas aided his own cause very nicely Saturday night as he came home the victor in the 25 lap feature event at Hialeah Speedway.

Steve Dielmann paced the first 14 laps until Corey Crisafulli took command but on lap 19 Bulaskas put his Chevy out front and never looked back, scoring his initial top spot of the season over Tony Barreca, T.C. McElyea, Crisafulli and Dielmann.

The hard fought cyclone 25 lapper fell to point leader Mike Powers after battling from near the rear of the 28 car field. Ken House led from the pole for 15 laps until John Pettit put his mount out front until the white flag lap when Powers was finally able to forge ahead and go on to his second win of the season. Roger Bohannon, Bob Regula, Kirk Demyan and Chris Stockton trailed at the checkers.

S.C. Klinger made it win number five in the mini stocks with a very easy run over Peter Lloyd and Bill Calder in the 12 lap headliner.

Doug Parlamento bested Stan Hope and Robert Crandall in the 20 lap Modified Lite feature while the companion Pro Challenge feature fell to Brad Sanders in a wire to wire score over John Tyler David and Mike Lago.
