John Craddock Wins Florida Mini Sprint Feature at Thundercross
The Florida Mini Sprint Association returned to Thundercross Motorsports Complex in Okeechobee Florida for the third race of the 2003 Dirt Series Championship.

The 1st. Heat started out with the #33 of Tom Wilson taking the lead and #71 of John Craddock taking the 2nd. Position and the #86 of Russ Heider in 3rd. The Heat race would finish out the same as lap one.

Results: 1st. #33 2nd. #71 3rd.#86 4th. #6 5th. #19T 6th. #24

The 2nd. Heat race started with #7 of Jesse Teed taking the point and #5 of Steve Crabtree in 2nd. Until the #20 of Harold Matthews starting last came through the field and passed the #5 on Lap 2. Jesse Teed driving the #7 would go on to Win the Heat race with the #20 of Harold Matthews and the #5 of Steve Crabtree rounding out the Top 3.

Results: 1st.#7 2nd. #20 3rd.#5 4th. #95 5th. #69

The Feature Event would start with the #71 of John Craddock and the #20 of Harold Matthews starting on the pole. The #71 would take the lead until the #33 of Tom Wilson would get by the #71 by lap 4 and the 2 cars would take the lead back and forth until the #33 would get loose and the #71 would tap the #33 and spin out.

The 2nd. Caution flag would come out when the #19T of Gary Tiffany would lose the LR Tire. John Craddock would restart the field on lap 15 with the #7 of Jesse Teed immediately following and the #33 on the inside in the rough. The #71 and #7 would race in the smooth part of the track up against the wall for the 5 laps.

The #71 of John Craddock driving for (D&K Motorsports) would win the Feature with the #7 a close 2nd. And the #33 would round out the top three finishers.

Results: 1st.#71 2nd. #7 3rd.#33 4th. #6 5th. #5 6th. #24 7th. #20 8th. #69 9th. #19T 10th. #95 11th. #86
