Birkhofer Captures the Win at Volusia Speedway Park
Brian Birkhofer out of Muscatine,Ia in his #15 went wire to wire on the 3rd night of Late model racing at Vousia Speedway Park, 74 Late models were on hand to make the field for the 30 lap feature. Alan Sagi # 7NY, started side by side of Birkhofer with Earl Pearson #1 of Jacksonville ,Fl in 3rd, Pearson charged by Sagi and ran in 2nd .Lap 3 Don O'Neal #71 of Martinsville,Ind blasted pass Pearson on the high side and challenged Bikhofer for the lead. Birkhofer held on , and it was nose to tale. O'Neal trailed Bikhofer taking second place,Earl Pearson slide into 3rd with Rick Eckert of York,Pa holding on to 4th,# 88 of Wendall Wallace from Batesville, Ark, nailing down the 5th spot.

and 3rd Consi Brandon Kinser #18.


CHUCK HAGA CAPTURES UMP MODIFIED FEATURE!!!!

Chuck Haga #1H took the lead and help off #21J Joey Jensen as they battled 20 laps for the win. Haga continued in the lead from green flag to checkered. Jensen#21J followed in second position while the heat was on between the 17S of Jim Shereck and 17R Bart Richardson. Craig Thatcher remaining in fifth postion.
