RAIN CANCELS BRONSON EVENTS

Rain , rain, go away. Come again another day! Anyday, but Saturday!! This has to be the call of racers and fans alike as, for the second week in a row, rains caused cancellation of the evenings events at the bullring, including the 50- lapper scheduled for the SUPER STOCKS. This time, the fans will benefit, as the re-scheduling has lined up some powerful shows right in a row. You'll want to mark your calendars as, THIS WEEK the track will run the Late Model Sportsman cars in their dash for cash. They will be joined by the Daytona Antique Auto Racer's association historic cars of yesteryear. They include, the midget race cars and stock cars that adorned the ovals of the mid-west in the late 1940's and 50's. NEXT WEEK,September 23, will see ANOTHER LATE MODEL SPORTSMAN show and on September 30, the speedway will run the 50-lap SUPER STOCK race that was scheduled for September 9. All of these events will be run in addition to the Bronson Race Series each nite, so plenty of action is on tap for the next three weeks. Gates open at 5: 30. Racing is at 7:30, and, in the event of dubious weather, every attempt will be made to race. We'll look foward to seeing ya'll there this Saturday night.
