Chuck Rock, "This Bud's For You"

(Gibsonton, FL; 7/22/2000) Chuck Rock out of Riverview steered his Budweiser/Riverview Beverage Castle #5 Street Stock to his first career win. Rock had to hold off Cam Canova in his #70 Lacey's Tax Service on numerous restarts to secure the win. Timmy Bronson (#89), Danny McCall (#22), and Jarry Lape (#17) rounded out the top five. Heat wins went to Rock, Lape, Raymond Rodgers (#99), and John Boarders (#08). Steve Burch (#1) took the Consi.

Greg Leonard had his Mulligan Motorsports #3 sprint hitting on all cylinders as he started in 17th. He took the lead on lap 7 and never looked back, as he claimed his twelfth win of the season. Taylor Andrews (#88), Robbie Smith (#1A), Danny Curry (#77), and Brady Alvis (#22) rounded out the top five. Heat wins went to Andrews and Gene Lasker (#41).

In Late Models, it was Bill Howard (#47) taking the win over Jack Nosbisch, Jr. (#12), Bobby Alexander, Jr. (#0), Ken Nosbisch (#41), and Roger Crouse (#32). Heat wins went to Ken Nosbisch and Bobby Alexander, Sr. (#15).

In Limited Late Models, Jeff Matthews (#33) took the win over Roger Crouse (#15), Danny Bowman (#46), Don Gansner (#G0), and Paul Davis (#10). Heat wins were taken by Forrest Gough (#21), Tommy Evonosky (#19), and Bruce Watkins (#B12).

Scotty Williams (#27) took the Mini-Stock main over Ken Rutledge (#36), Scott Howard (#47), Chris Nosbisch (#23), and Robert Douglas (#56). Heats went to Rutledge, Howard, and Williams.

Clyde Poole took top honors in Limited Sprints as he cruised home in his #85 to take the win over Johnny Law (#14), Donnie Maxwell (#5), Andy Kelley (#11),and Matt Mercer (#10). Heats went to Maxwell and Mercer.
