Results for 1/22/2000

FOUR CYLINDER BOMBER JUNIORS
This class is for the kids ages 9 to 15 years of age.

After a very competitive heat race Justin Sutorus fell out of the feature
allowing Robbie Gauthier to take the checker flag.

FOUR CYLINDER BOMBERS

Pops Honaker led from flag to flag with an action packed race for 2nd place.
After an exciting battle filled race Jim Nesbit grabbed 2nd place with Fred
Robbillard in 3rd and Jason Henderson in a close 4th place.

STREET STOCKS

Jim Erb started on the pole and it appeared to be his night but the caution
filled race took its toll and he struggled to finish 4th due to a gas
shortage. Doug Samion inherited the lead only to be taken out by a lap car.
Chester Sutorus was next in line and led until Tim Nantka took over the
front spot after fighting his way from the back after an earlier incident.

David King led from flag to flag with Tom King close behind along with the
Auburndale drivers Johnny Gamble and Mike Wilson fighting for 3rd and 4th.

4. 68 - MIKE WILSON

SPORTSMAN

Tom Stack started on the pole and led to the finish but not without stiff
competition from Chuck Adkins and Ed Berberich. Chuck Adkins tried as he
might but couldn't find his way around Tom Stack.

4. 72 - KEVIN HUPP - DNS

GADGETS

After a hard fought heat race only four gadgets could start the feature.
David Piper, John Connell, and Mike Boyer fought long and hard for the top
spot. But when the checker flag fell David Piper was on top followed by John
Connell and Beck Cronce.
