Jason White Ready for Top Finish at Gateway

Jason White has finished inside the top 20 in the last 3 of 4 races in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. In all of those races he was piloting the #08 GunBroker.com Dodge inside the top ten competitively until late race bad luck would send him to post lesser finishes. The team has built consistency in the second half of the season. And they hope to continue that consistency with a top finish this weekend in the Camping World 200 at Gateway International Raceway located just a few miles outside St. Louis, Mos. It's round 17 of 25 for the 2008 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Season. White is pleased with the team's second half momentum and looks forward to getting back on track after a two week break in the series schedule.

"We have really been improving over the last five races," said White. "We have shown we can run up front inside the top ten and fifteen competitively. Now we just need to have things go our way in the final laps and close out a top finish."

"I think we can do that at Gateway," added White. "I'm looking forward to getting the GunBroker.com Dodge up front this weekend and doing all we can to keep it there and post a top finish." Fans can catch Jason White and the GunBroker.com Dodge live on SPEED TV this Saturday afternoon. Coverage beings at 2:00pm EST. Practice for the event starts Friday evening with two sessions at 3:45pm EST and 7:15pm EST.

Qualifying starts at 11:05am EST and can be viewed on SPEED TV and via the internet in real time at www.TruckSeries.com The 160 lap 200 mile race starts at 2:30pm EST.
