| Tuesday, September 2, 2008 | | Jason Fitzgerald and Mixson Motorsports Team heads to Eldora Speedway and World 100 | JACKSONVILLE, FL (September 2, 2008)- Jason Fitzgerald and the Mixson Motorsports Team will travel to the famous Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, OH this weekend and compete in the prestigious World 100. Eldora Speedway owned by NASCAR star Tony Stewart will award the winner of this years World 100 $41,000 and is expected to draw over 200 drivers from all over the country for a chance to compete in the most coveted race in dirt late model racing. Jason is familiar with the event and has visited victory lane in the 2006 World 100 as the crew chief for 4-time National Dirt Late Model champion Earl Pearson Jr. This will be the first ever visit for Jason as a driver in the biggest dirt late model event of the year. "I'm really looking forward to competing at Eldora Speedway this weekend and trying to make the feature for the World 100. It was an incredible feeling to win the World 100 in 2006 as Earl's crew chief. Making the race as a driver would be like winning the race for me. There will be 200 drivers there with the best of the best in dirt late model racing trying to make that race, so if I'm lucky enough to make the feature that would be huge for me and our team. Hopefully we can get a good qualifying lap and do our best in one of those heat races and try to transfer into the feature. It will also be good exposure for our new sponsor Tire Kingdom in front of the 25,000 people that will be there", stated Jason. Jason and the Mixson Motorsports Team have recently had their transporter wrapped with an impressive graphic wrap by Stephens Advertising Inc out of Jacksonville, Florida. The new wrap on the transporter should stand out among the 200 transporters that will attend this weekend's event. "We are very impressed with the wrap and the staff at Stephens Advertising Inc and how well and easy they were to work with. I would recommend any racer that would like to give their sponsors additional publicity and signage to get a wrap from Stephens Advertising", stated Jason. Jason and the Mixson Motorsports Team would like to thank all their sponsors in 2008 for their support including Tire Kingdom, M&M Transport & Refrigeration, Bobby Labonte Foundation, Allstar Performance, ASI Racewear, Bell, Butlerbuilt, Jones Racing Products, M&M Enterprises, Penske Racing Shocks, Stephens Advertising, Pro-Systems, PRC, TWM, VP Race Fuels, WD Enterprises, WRT Web Designs, Wiles Drive Shafts, Wrisco Aluminum and Xtreme Graphics by J-Rod.
