The final caution would wave on lap 20 when fourth place Keltner slowed on the track in turn one, with mechanical issues ending his evening. The restart had Lee and Neat still first and second, Hatton third, while Wolter, Jr. and Jordan Bland would go fourth and fifth. The third through fifth place battle would head up and go three-wide on lap 22 before Hatton pulled away a bit from Wolter, Jr. and Bland, while Chilton joined the fray to make it a three-way, three-wide dance on lap 25, with Chilton going from sixth to fourth off of turn two on lap 26.
