1. Music City (TN) Motorplex is back for two events on the Fifth Anniversary 2007 Schedules in the ASA Late Model Series Presented by GM Performance Parts.
Lexington, Michigan (02/01/2007): The 2007 Schedule within the crown jewel of the ASA Late Model Series Presented by GM Performance Parts, the Challenge Division has several events that just jump out at the ASALMS crews, drivers, fans, and teams alike. Amongst the highlights of the 2007 Challenge Division schedule is the ASALMS first ever appearance at the famed Bristol (TN) Motor Speedway as well as return visits to the Milwaukee (WI) Mile, the Iowa (IA) Speedway, and several others.
Only one track on the 2007 Schedules in the ASALMS will have the unique opportunity to see the cars and stars from all three divisions within the ASALMS. But first things first, the ASALMS Challenge Division will close out the month of March with the crown jewel of the ASALMS' second race of the 2007 campaign.
The cars and stars of the ASALMS Challenge Division will be a part of the 2nd annual Spring Clash Weekend, which kicks off the 2007 season at the Music City (TN) Motorplex, located in Nashville, Tennessee on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday March 30-31, and April 1, 2007. The ASALMS Challenge Division will headline the weekend on Friday and Saturday with the running of the Spring Clash 200, the second race of the Challenge Divisions' 2007 schedule, while on Sunday the NASCAR Whelen Modifieds and CRA Super Series finish off the action packed weekend with twin 150-lap Features.
Then to close out the 2007 season overall, all three divisions within the ASALMS will collide as part of the 25th annual All-American 400 Weekend on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday November 2-3-4, 2007. The ASALMS will be a part of the prestigious weekend with their portion of the All-American Weekend in the running of the North VS South All-Star Showdown/All-American 200. Joining the ASALMS once again for the All-American 400 Weekend will be the CRA Super Series.
"There's such a great history at Nashville, you can just feel it when you walk into the place. Some of the greatest drivers in racing have ran there and we're now a part of that too." ASALMS Co-Founder/President, Ron Varney said. "It's a huge feather in the cap of the ASALMS that we can continue our own tradition for many years to come with our Challenge Division at the beginning of the season and then close out the year during the All-American weekend." Varney stated.
2. Leaf Racewear and Safety Equipment on board with the ASA Late Model Series as the "Official Uniform Providers of the ASALMS".
Lexington, Michigan (02/01/2007): The ASA Late Model Series Presented by GM Performance Parts continues to sign new and returning sponsors at a rapid rate. The Decal Placements on the ASALMS cars for all three divisions will be a tough task to figure out to say the least for ASALMS Co-Founders/Presidents, Ron and Sandy Varney.
As the 2007 season is quickly approaching, more and more new contingency sponsors are stepping up to the plate in support of the ASALMS. Since the ASALMS is going International in 2007 with the ASALMS Challenge Division event at the Cayuga (ON) International Speedway, located South of Hamilton and West of Buffalo, New York in Hagersville, Ontario Canada on Friday and Saturday June 29-30, 2007 for the running of the International 200, sponsors from Canada are now stepping up to the plate in support of the ASALMS as well.
For the 2007 season Leaf Racewear and Safety Equipment, based in London, Ontario Canada, has come on board for the Fifth Anniversary Season in the ASALMS as the "Official Uniform Providers of the ASALMS". The ASALMS Officials will be sporting brand new Administrative and Tech Officials Shirts in all three divisions for the upcoming Fifth Anniversary season.
In addition, Leaf Racewear and Safety Equipment hasn't forgotten about the cars and stars of the ASALMS as their very successful business in the Canadian provinces of Ontario as well as Quebec and the Northeastern region of the United States will also be a Participating Manufacturers Program (PMP) partner within all three divisions of the ASALMS as well as Leaf branches out to the Midwestern U.S., with a new mailing address located in Port Huron, Michigan.
"A professional traveling series not only has to act the part, but they have to look the part too and Leaf Racewear will allow us to do that with their 2007 uniforms for our ASALMS Officials." Stated ASALMS Co-Founder/President, Ron Varney. "For the Fifth Anniversary Season, we're going back to the colors of the USPRO Cup Series for our administrative officials. Including Sandy and I, they'll be wearing blue uniforms while our Tech Officials will now be in the bright yellow ones." Varney explained.
3. Quartermaster is back on board for the 2007 season and within all three divisions of the ASA Late Model Series Presented by GM Performance Parts.
Lexington, Michigan (02/01/2007): The Fifth Anniversary 2007 season for the ASA Late Model Series Presented by GM Performance Parts continues to prepare for the upcoming season as Contingencies and Sponsorship within the ASALMS is at an all-time high.
The ASALMS is happy to announce that Quartermaster and the ASALMS will once again pair up for the upcoming Fifth Anniversary 2007 season This will be the fourth straight year for Quartermaster as an ASALMS sponsor. For the 2007 season, Quartermaster will be a member of the Participating Manufacturers Program (PMP) within all three divisions of the ASALMS.
