WOODSTOCK, GA -December 15, 2005- 1997 Dirt Track World Champion Marshall Green, of Woodstock, Georgia, and Delph Communications are excited to announce the launch of a brand new website into cyberspace dedicated to the Marshall Green Racing team. The new site, which is located at www.marshallgreenracing.com, features all of the information that you will need to keep up with the driver of the Race It / Riverstone Graphics / Hatfield Racing Engines #89 Grand Prix.
The website will feature weekly press releases, as well as the latest schedule information and results concerning the #89 team. Official Marshall Green apparel and merchandise will also be offered off of the new website.
Fans will be able to order Marshall’s gear via both mail and fax. Be sure to check out www.marshallgreenracing.com to view all of the site’s great features!
“I am really excited about the new website,” commented Marshall earlier today in a telephone conversation. “It is something we have needed to do for awhile now, but we haven’t raced enough the past few years to justify having one. But this year, we are going to hit the road again and race a full schedule. The new website will not only allow the fans to keep up with us, but it will also help our sponsors gain some great exposure!"
Marshall will kick off the 2006 racing season in February at the East Bay Raceway Park in Gibsonton, Florida. He will debut a new Warrior chassis with Hatfield Racing Engines supplying the power to the green with white trimmed machine. The Woodstock, Georgia native is planning on running an “outlaw type” schedule in 2006, which means he will not be following a series schedule. He will compete in all of the major events across the southeast, as well as travel to many of Dirt Late Model’s mega events including the 'Show-Me 100,' the 'Topless 100,' the 'Dream 100,' the 'World 100,' the 'Dirt Track World Championship,' and several others.
As soon as all series and track schedules are released, Marshall will post a tentative racing schedule on his new website. Every effort will be made to keep his schedule as updated as possible, so fans will not miss the #89 in action.
The Marshall Green Racing team will receive sponsorship from the following companies in 2006: ACPT, AFCO Racing Products, American Billet, ATL Fuel Cells, Base Racing Fuels, Bell Helmets, Bert Transmissions, Custom Craft Headers, Delph Communications, Design 500, Harris-Sutton Chevrolet, Hatfield Racing Engines, Hoosier Racing Tire, Mason Racin’, Oval Craft, Race It, Racing Optics, Ringers Gloves, Riverstone Graphics, Stealth Carburetors, US Brake, Warrior Race Cars, Weld Racing Wheels, and Wrisco Industries.
