| Southern All Stars Return to Hunsville Friday Night | HUNTSVILLE, AL—The O’Reilly Southern All Star Super Late Model Asphalt Series will return to the Huntsville Speedway Friday night June 25th for a 200 lap event along with racing in the Huntsville Buzz, Hobby and Mini Modifieds.
Two time Southern All Star Champion Ricky Turner of Dawsonville, GA., will lead the SAS drivers into the ¼ mile oval as he is currently the series points leader with a 6 point lead over the second place car of another former series champion Gary Helton of Sevierville, TN... Third place is the defending series champion Wayne Willard of Dacula, GA., fourth is Elko, GA., driver Walt Brannen and fifth place in series points is Todd Trinkle of Monroe, GA., all of these drivers are expected to be in action. Drivers from across the southeast have are also expected to compete Friday include J R Norris of Hueytown, AL., Eric Wallace of Jasper, GA., Paul Kelley of Snellville, GA., Chad Brawn f Anderson, SC., Larry Speakman f Decatur, AL., Davie Hole of Cumming, GA., Jason Hogan of Cleveland, GA., Keith Cahela of Boaz, AL., and Charlie Bradberry.
Also there will be country music video also being recorded during the night’s activities as they will use footage from all over the race track and it will include many of the fans and drivers. So it should be a fun night or racing for everybody involved.
