"Elvis" Will Be in the House at the O'Reilly Southern All Star Banquet January 10th

TALLADEGA, AL-The Annual O'Reilly Southern All Stars Asphalt Series
banquet has been set for Saturday night January 10 at the International Motorsports Hall of Fame in Talladega, AL. The banquet will honor the 2003 series champions in the Super Late Model, Pro Late Model and Supertruck Series along with the 2003 Rookie of The Year in all three series.

Wayne Willard of Dacula, GA., took the crown for the Super Late Model
series in 2003 with 4 wins during the season and probably a couple of
more if mechanical problems had not taken him out the event while
leading. The Super Late Model Rookie of the Year went to first time
Late Model driver Chad Brawn of Anderson, SC., Brawn in his first year
of Super Late Model racing competed in all 13 events with the series and fined the season with 5 top ten finishes.

Frederick Moore of Gainesville, GA., captured the first Pro Late Model title under the O'Reilly Southern All Star sanction as he competed in all 12 events during the 2003 season with one win during the season along with 10 to five finishes along with 12 top ten finishes. The 2003 Rookie of the Year went to Chase Miller of Canton, GA., who got a on roll at the end of the year and made a run for the series title, but came up short as he took his two wins of the season in the final two events of the year along with 7 top five finishes and 12 top tens.

The Supertruck series one again proved to be one the most popular series under the O'Reilly Southern All Star sanction as this series went 11 races before it has it first repeat winner of the season with David Odell of Lawrenceville, Ga., took the series win that came down to the last race of the year. Odell started all 14 events with one win along with 10 top fives and 11 top tens. Brian Huff of Buford, GA., scored the Rookie of the Year title by starting in all 14 events, with 6 top fives and ten top tens during the season.

All these champions plus the remaining top 10 drives in each
series will be honored along with sponsor, promoters and special guest
January 10th.

Also there will be a special performance by "Elvis" impersonator
David Lee the #2 man in the world as he will perform live at the
banquet. Also make your plans to get there early as your ticket will
include a tour of the International Motorsports Hall of Fame. Doors
will open at 5:30 pm with dinner and awards presentations starting at 7 pm. For more information contact the Southern All Stars at 256-539-4484 or www.southern-allstars.com
