Atlanta, GA - Kenny Adams from Malabar, Florida leads the United Sprint Car Series "Asphalt Thunder" Tour point standings going into Labor Day weekend's third annual Dodge USCS Sprint Car Finals on Saturday, August 30th at Lanier National Speedway. Adams, who has won seven of the 2003 USCS pavement series events, has a sixty point lead over defending USCS "Asphalt Thunder" Tour champion, Terry Gray from Bartlett, Tennessee. Adams says, " I loves Lanier, it is definitely one of my favorite places we go with USCS" . Adams is the Lanier National Speedway all time track record holder. In April of 2001, he circled the 3/8 mile paved oval in a quick 11.32 seconds (just a shade under 120 m.p.h.) .
