Atlanta, GA. - The seventh annual United Sprint Car Series "Champion's Luncheon" awards banquet will be held at Noon on Saturday, November 22nd, 2003 at the Special Events Center banquet facility located at 299 Bullsboro Dr. (Georgia Highway 34) in Newnan, Georgia. USCS race teams, drivers, sponsors, friends and the media are invited as well as race fans and the general public. A rules meeting and clarification session for both the 2004 USCS "Outlaw Thunder" Dirt Series and the 2004 USCS "Asphalt Thunder" Tour will be held at 10 a.m. at the same facility.
