a friend and fellow race fan david davis suggested that
in at least the first "wild bill" memorial race, the
competion should end upon taking the white flag.
the entire field would go directly to the pits and
the flagman would then throw the checkerd flag. scoring
would end on the white flag as would the payoff. we have
seen this done one time before and thought it was a
great and loving tribute to a friend and competetor.
how about it figure 8 racers? your thoughts please.
