Shane "West Coas Flash" Kreidler 2003 USA Sprints Champion

Shane "West Coast Flash" Kreidler driving his family owned and "Coach" Dan Kriedler Wrenched J&J Auto Sponsored #52 Team Kriedler 99 Maxim takes his first USA Sprints Championship Season with a dominating 5 Wins. Shane was always in the hunt and was always a threat to win each and every nite out.

He was pressed by David "Skeeter" Kelly in the Big Tree Nursery/Kellys Trucking Sprinter #12 who brought home 3 wins with brother Andy "HammerDown" Kelly driving the Skaggs Tire Service #11 with 2 wins.

These 3 battled mostly all year and especially the latter part of the season but Kreidler was able to just nip The "Hammer" and hold on for a very impressive Championship Victory in the last race!

RC Roper piloting the #92 "Hayloft Western Wear/Keels & Wheels Special" from Fort Myers scored 2 wins early on in the Season but was not able to overcome a serious accident and a run of "gremlins" in the last 4 races met with a dissapointing season.

There were several guys who showed promise and managed 1 win during the 2003 season and they were "Tiny" Tim George in the #1 Venice Wrecker Shaw as well as Tyler "Young Gun" Godwin's #4 Schnee "Grandpa's" Special from Tampa along with Tony "Wildman" Pinero from Plant City in the Jani-King Stanton #3 and Mike "Hollywood" Shroeder from Boyton Beach Florida in the Slammers Sports Bar #6.

Race Director "Chip" Charles Stick and Series Sponsor graciously donated the Year-End Awards and Trophys during the Banquet at Thundercross Motorsports Park Clubhouse.

Congrats to Shane and all the USA Sprints Drivers on a job well done as there were 8 different winners out of 16 races in 2003! USA Sprints looks forward to another very competitive year of racing as many new Teams and Sponsors are gearing up to chase the Championship Title for the 2004 Season.

The first race of the year will be at the new Hendry County Speedway in Clewiston on Saturday Nite January 17th followed by a Speedweeks Race at Thundercross Motorsports Park on Saturday Nite February 7th The new Schedule will be released soon so be sure to check the website for updates periodically at www.unitedsprintcaralliance.org
