It is Crash-A-Rama Time at Orlando SpeedWorld this Friday Night | by Jane Smith
Bithlo, Fla. (November 25, 2003) Two times a year Orlando SpeedWorld packs in thousands of happy race fans for their biggest racing event, CRASH-A-RAMA. Concluding the 2003 season on Friday night, once again CRASH-A-RAMA will pull "standing room only" crowds.
Before all the craziness begins, the Classic Auto Racing Series will run the first night of their two night National Classic Auto Racing annual event. Drivers from not only Florida but Tennessee and possibly Maryland and Pennsylvania are expected to show for the two night event.
Florida drivers expected are Ben Booth, Daryl Grief, Bud Spencer, Jim Rahman, Al Hagan, Joey Strehle, Patrick Sanders, Wayne Ashton, Bill Posey, George Hall Jr. and George Hall IIII, and many more.
Now there will be school bus figure 8 racing, camper-trailer racing, boat-trailer racing, a chain race, 4 cylinder demo derby, 8 cylinder demo derby, motorcycle stunt riders and a number of surprises for the fans.
If you have never seen a Crash-A-Rama, make plans to come to Orlando SpeedWorld on Friday, November 28th. Be sure to come early since there is usually "standing room only". Racing begins at 8 p.m. with gates opening at 6 p.m.
Orlando SpeedWorld is located between SR50 and SR520 in Bithlo, Florida.
