2. Removal of posts: any post that you feel is threatening, abusive, defamatory,
vulgar, or obscene should be reported to KARNAC.com by e-mail at our Abuse Dept.
3. No FREE Advertisements are allowed. KARNAC.com's bulletin boards and
chat areas are for discussion and debate. You may not use KARNAC.com's
bulletin boards or chat areas to post or transmit advertisements or commercial
solicitations of any kind UNLESS YOU HAVE OBTAINED PRIOR APPROVAL. If
improper use occurs, KARNAC will have the right to remove your posting
without notice to you. This includes speedways and racing series. For

Only paid advertisers may post track events and other advertising on our
message boards unless PRIOR APPROVAL has been obtained from KARNAC.com.
Any attempt at "hacking or interfering with the operation" of any KARNAC
web site will be investigated by our Hosting Partners and the proper police
agency.
You agree, through your use of this KARNAC.com forum, that you will not
post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar,
hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening,
invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law.
This is not only humorous, but legal actions can be taken against you.
You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright
is owned by you or you have consent from the owner of the copyrighted
material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes,
